Bought this product about a month ago and no promblems so far. Easy to use,setting up was flawless, and the feel of the remote is great. Altohugh, we have a set of lutron lights that said they were compatible with the remote. After setting it up, it didnt work. So we called lutron and they said they Werent compatible but the remote combatibilty list said it would. After calling logitech they didnt know what to say so I wrote a someone mean but in a nice way letter to them. No response back.
The remote is awesome exp. if you have a lot of devices and want the complete package. Other than the tech support not really helping, I would rate the remote a 10. Logitech Harmony One Advanced Universal Remote
